I can't wait for someone to either 3D print (plastic)
or laser-cut (metal) replacement end cheeks, so I can keep my 5x in great condition, and it would also fit in my 4x case if it was 40mm narrower!
I remember bashing my 2x and chipping one of the ends.
I had been careful for a couple of years, then one of the waiters accidentally swung a steel based table round, just as I was lifting it into its case _________________ Pa5x-76, Pa4x-76, Pa3x-76, Pa1x-pro, Korg i3, 2 x Korg i30, Roland Bk-9, Yamaha sy85, Kawai K1 mk2, Roland D-05,JP-08 (x2), JU-06 and JX-03, JU-06A,TR-08,TR-09, VP-03,K-25M (x5), JU-06A

If someone could please take photos with the end cheeks removed, I would really appreciate it. Interested if it's possible to use it at home without the cheeks at all, to save space and to protect them for resale purposes.
P.s
IMHO, wooden cheeks look ridiculous on a digital synth. |
