Korg i-Series Factory - Missing Program error when loading?

I'm trying to load new sounds into my Korg is40

I downloaded these from here -
http://zine.r-massive.com/korg-i-series-factory-disks/

Then I added them to floppy via a USB floppy drive from PC to FDD

But when loading the files it gets so far and then says 'MISSING PROGRAM'

Is there something else I need to pre-load onto the is40 or something I'm not doing right?

I assumed the i-Series discs would work with an is40?
