No Vocal Harmonies in Song Mode

I can get the Vocal Harmonies to work in Style Play Mode, but If Play an Mp3 file in Jukebox, the harmonies don't work.
Or am I missing something??

You need to edit the harmony (under settings, menu) and change to source to the upper/lower) - in style mode it auto does this as you are playing chords left had so factory is set for this. In song play those left right modes are disabled.

I still can't get the harmonies to work in Song Mode.
Could you possibly be more specific as to where in the settings menus there is an option to turn it on?
I have tried turning on the upper/lower switches, they light up but don't seem to make a difference.
I have looked through the manual and not been able to find anything useful.

Menu - Mic Preset - harmony - upper right you will see two boxes one marked style play control, the other song play control - tap the song play control drop down arrow and select your sources there.

I wasn't even aware we could use harmonies when playing Mp3's

This is a mystery!!

I selected menu, then mic preset. If I click on harmony on the left hand side it opens up to a another window where I can change the harmony type.
I can't see another "harmony" to click on.
At no point can I see an option in the upper right corner as you described!!

I've had this keyboard a few months but only just started playing around with it, I installed the latest upgrade a couple of days ago.
