Help!! Korg d1600 mkii

Hello, I got a d1600 mkii and the master volume fader is inoperant, and set to saturation level. The fader doesn't respond and every time i bounce the volumes go very loud. There's another way to adjust master volume? Please if someone could help me. The korg is almost useless this way. Thank you so much.
