Congrats. I also have an O 88. I am sure it will provide hours....no make that years....of enjoyment and great music making. Yes def visit here regularly and also http://www.karma-lab.com/forum/ and click on the little OASYS button near the top, as lots more info and tutorials videos etc.

One other thing def worth investing in is Mike Conways unofficial OASYS tutorial DVD. Very good video to get one started on the O and other tasks.

Cheers.

I was thinking about the Roland Fantom G88. But tried it and found the interface a bit clunky for my liking. So I have sold by Triton Extreme, Virus TI, and gone for the O.

:D

Welcome to O-Madness, LC. Now, if you haven't registered over at KLF (Karma Lab Forums) for all things KARMA, you should. Here's the forum index link http://www.karma-lab.com/forum/index.php?s=

Cheers,
Eric

Hi,

Just a quick update.

I have had the O for about 4 days now, and have not been able to tear myself away.

Strange thing is that I normally love synth sounds and trance stuff, but I have now become addicted to the Piano and Orchestral stuff. It just sounds mindblowing. Never in a keyboard has anything ever sounded so authentic before. I keep getting tingles through my spine every time I hear it.

I hope to comment on the synth stuff soon (when I ever get to it) :D!
