OS 2.0 User DK Problem!

Can users with the problem post in here only, just describing it and no other
B.S. please? So we can get to the bottom of this, me and Paolo are in constant
contact today and he requires as much details as possible. Please stop blabering
about it in PMs but write in here, please or we are Doomed!

Hmmmm Hi Nadim have you got any problem with the DK?
mine is working fine.. synth DK everything, yet.
But I am missing afew things in OS.2 (extra synths, Ethnic sounds like Taar and so and indian drumkit

) ... however the OS. is working fine for me.

PS: (respond to your post under mine.. as you wanted a clean author i am not going to post an extra one .. all I wanted to know was your problem with the DK. you didn't explain your problem so people had an idea about the issue, localizing and effect!)

I understand brother but i nicely explained abouve whats this post about.
Please be understanding, if you people dont understand i will write the
message in 5 diff languages, i said nicely, respond here only if you have
problems and yes i do, same as hundreds of others, lets stop this BULL$hit
and keep this clean so Paolo can understand it too, i am working closely
with the guy...we are just wonderers in here nothing else. Now this is gona
become another BS topic with all kinds of $hit in it. Instead of keeping it
clean, i started few of them and none stayed clean.
AGAIN PLEASE ONLY IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH DKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I turn the Tempo button in any direction I can hear a little clicking sound coming from the speakers. A friend told me that he can also hear his internal hard disk on the big PA system.

Yes, 2 of them told me the same thing, Adrijane please check the DKs
for me from your existing sets, or write on our forum if you cant here.

yes i have that DK problem, i will not repeat myself no more

i hope this will be fixed before Friday, if not this will be second time korg is letting me down because of OS problems,....

Demonstrator, do you use user DK, have you modified some DK and saved them as user. That seems to be the problem with new OS. This was the first problem after loading my set under OS 2.0. 90% of my styles use user DK so for now i have 10 or 15 user DK that are messed up in a very strange way. Seems that OS is not loading the factory samples on correct places in DK and also i think it messed whole program setting, EGs, Amps... I'm not sure but some of the user DK that have problem might be made originally on pa80.

Mine are all done on PA80 and PA800 but they are all saved under OS 1.60.
Please dont get things confused now then they gonna take it as deffence of
OH YOU DID IT IN PA80...no that wont work with me, i know exactly what
i am talking about, PA80 or 800 or 8000 this should for, there is no acceptance
for this, its either fixed or else.

I already talked to Nikola about it right now and at the moment i am testing.
Even if it works we would still face a problem of everytime we wanna merge
sets we would have to be reinstalling 2.0 and 1.6 back and forth, to resave
in 1.6 then load in 2.0...but lets see what happens now first.

Well the thing is that i remember i have two DK with same names, one was in my keyboard when i bought it (the os was 1.51), the second i modified and resaved it under 1.60. The second works and the first one doesn't. Could be the solution, i can't check it right now until i go to work.

Ok Nedim, after 2 hours searching in my pc, i find a set with just user DK and no user sample. You are right !!! they have remaped samples in OS and my user DK's are just crazy.

Try loading os 1.60 and loading those DK. Resave them under 1.60. Load 2.0 and load DK again. I don't have my keyboard right now and i wonder if that is the solution.

Test is done, OS2.0 is installed, my set was reloaded in 1.6 then each DK was
resaved, the set itself resaved, now LOADing it into OS 2.0, lets see.
It took me over an hour to do this.

over 100 post about it and many battles, i was sick of it.
