
In general I think that is quite nice and something many users here have asked for very often. I'd like to know if others received a similar letter and what you think of it.

My view is that if Korg is officially not supporting the OASYS, they probably shouldn't be selling the codes. I have no problem with other users being able to enjoy the "full instrument," especially if Kronos is offering them for free.
Sure it sucks for people who paid, but that has been years ago, in most cases. I don't expect them to send me cash, but I think this is a good gesture.
