Does it not turn on at all anymore?

Have you made sure the power cord is firmly inserted into the Kronos?

Have you made sure the power cord is plugged into the wall?

Have you tried plugging the cord into another outlet?

You might try to recover with the recover DVD (disk 1 or 2) but then you need an external DVD drive which also does not give a guarantee.

I should at least contact Korg support.

I agree with Michel that you should definitely contact support for this issue. It sounds like an internal power supply or power cable issue; but, either way you're better off calling support (unless you get it working with a different power cable).

Good luck!

I think you absolutely should send it back for inspection if you're certain it wasn't a bad power connection or something equally simple, as it may be an intermiitent fault. The problem is that they may not be able to reproduce the issue and this will prolong the repair time.

Sounds like another RAM issue. Try taking out the RAM chip and restart. I am not sure if this will void the warranty.

Do you have a USB stick plugged in?
If so try removing and restart..

I would call/phone your Korg Country Distributor and ask them (see my signature for the contacts in your country). Write down the name of the person you talked with and what they suggest.

They might suggest you take it to a Service Center or return it to the dealer.

If this has happened more than once and you are sure it is not due to something outside the Kronos, then it will probably happen again.

In any cases (providing you checked all the obvious), you should contact Korg.
