M50 Touch Screen

My M50 Touch Screen is not functioning right. I can see what is on screen but it is not responding to my touch! I've used Korg Triton for over 15 yrs and never had this problem . . .help!

I once had the problem the touch screen was not working at all ... I opened the M50, disconnected all attached connectors and connected again and it worked again.

Don't know if that's the problem but it might be worth trying ... at your own risk of course. If you don't feel comfortable with it (you have to remove a lot of items to get there), call Korg support.

Have you tried to recalibrate again? Use ENTER+3 (not sure, but there is a shorcut to get to the calibrating screen.)

Great to hear it works again ... guess the connections is not really solid (I had this problem after transporting it in a car so after some 'movement' ).
