I have a little problem with my new Kronos 73.

ONE key just one... Explaination : when i press the F3 key, i hear a noise. Little or big pressure it's the same thing. A noise like a métallic "clac".

Conclusion? Keyboard moved by transport? Defective keyboard? I dont know :/

I hope can you help me to resolve this problem Smile

Bests regards.

Aeon.

P.S. Sorry for my english, i'm french :p

If you hear that sound even while it is not on (i.e. not belonging to the program/combi) than it is probably a hardware problem.

Have you tried contact Korg Support first?

Aeon, please (definitely!) contact your local Korg distributor (Belgium or France).

Aeon, greetings from Mechelen, Belgium Smile

I would definately contact the store where you purchased the keyboard and take it back.

If that doesn't work out, you can contact the importer:
http://www.voerman.nl/
(Belgium doesn't have its own distributor)

I bought mine in Key Music (Mechelen), and they were very helpful!
