Hey everyone,
The assignable switch has many different useful options.
- Program up
- Program down
- Rotary speaker switch
- Tap tempo
I can't seem to find a MIDI implementation for these options, which is very odd. Can anyone confirm there is no way to trigger "Program up" or "Program down" over MIDI ?
I'd like to use a foot controller (such as http://www.logidy.com/?pid=1) and assign those buttons to any those functions. _________________ Old gig setup: Yamaha S90, Roland Fantom XR, Hammond XM-1, M-Audio Axiom 61

I'm not entirely sure but I don't think there's such a thing a prgm up or down in MIDI.
Perhaps someone more knowledgeable can confirm. |

This problem is annoying because of 2 different errors:
- Lack of hardware switch inputs (my old XP-80 - rest his soul - used to have 4 assignable switch plugs!!)
- Incomplete MIDI implementation
There's not much you can do about the hardware features, but I sure hope Korg would make these options available through MIDI in a future OS release... _________________ Old gig setup: Yamaha S90, Roland Fantom XR, Hammond XM-1, M-Audio Axiom 61

Yes it's sad but true ... lots of people wished for a Program UP AND program Down functionality ... currently you can only have one of them programmed globally for the foot switch. _________________
