Greetings all,
Ive been recording midi since the dinosaurs roamed the earth. I have ALWAYS been able to select my keybaords and racks from an available midi channel, using a pachlist. I use Protools 10 and bought, and proud owner, of a KRONOS 88! However, trying to sequence from it is proving difficult. Can you enlighten me as to how I use my PT as the DAW and select patches from a patchlist or midnam file?
Right now I enable a new midi track and see my older TRITON RACK list. I still would like to be able to use this rack too. Is there a dedicated KRONOS patchlist or midnam file I can upload? OR CAN YOU HELP ME IN THE SEQUENCING PROCESS using the KRONOS as the master controller...
- PT 10.01
- Mac OSX
GOD BLESS YOU FOR HELPING!

I selected the live option.

However, I'm using it as master keyboard.

The updated editor for Kronos v2 will be able to export Program names to a midnam file when it is released.

Not officially but some forums (like Korg Germany if I recall right) speak to end of July / beginning of August.
