Translation: B4 VSTi Plugin to Kronos CX3 - Free Bank

Post by MRedZac »

Hi there,

Here comes the translation of the Native Instruments B4 VSTi Plugin Factory Presets to CX3 Module on Kronos...

Find the all in total 100 presets on Program User Bank U-BB in your Kronos after loading the PCG-File.

Enjoy !

Wow, thanks MRedZac!

Did it translate well or did you have to do a lot of fine tuning to make it sound similar?

Well, it was kind of a three days job and since the two engines for reproducing hammond sound are a bit different in sound, details and parameters, they do not a hundred percent sound the same, but the character of each single preset on CX3 at least is quite close to the original b4 plugin... Anyway, I think it can be used well as basic settings for further changes for the ones of us, not so experienced with hammond sound settings...

Thank you.
I'm not a fan of organ sounds, but I'm certainly grateful for your efforts and I do have a few songs I will get use for these in for sure.

Regards
Sharp

Thanks for sharing. I wish I knew how to do that. I have
vb3 and I would like to do the same thing. I have a dumb question...are we hearing the actual b4 samples inside of the cx3 engine? That's amazing.

No, it´s not the soud from B4 nor Samples, it is just the registration presets transfered from the plugin to Kronos. By design, it sounds similar, but not exactly the same.

Cheers !
