## PA3X OS 1.6+ - potential bugs list ##

Post by karmathanever »

THIS THREAD IS ONLY FOR OS 1.60 and later

PLEASE ONLY REPORT GENUINE BUGS.

UNDERSTAND THAT A BUG (OR SUSPECTED BUG) IS WHEN THE PA3X DOES NOT OPERATE ACCORDING TO ITS SPECIFICATIONS AND CURRENT MANUALS.

NO WISH LISTS!!!
ANYTHING NOT RELATED TO GENUINE BUGS WILL BE DELETED.

Paolo provides us with excellent support - let's keep this topic as useful and effective feedback for him and the Korg team.

Do you save the global settings after calibrating?

If they are still bugs in 1.6, please put them here

Sorry - I should have been clearer. As these particular topics are (hopefully) to help Korg team, then it is less confusing to have outstanding bugs for specific OS levels.

Korg may have corrected things in the update but if there is still a bug hanging around, they may not be aware of it unless it is listed or referred to here.
By all means add a thread which simply links to a pre-reported bug in previous OS's if it still exists in 1.6.
maybe to copy all posts from that thread into this one?,... but again,...
I understand - but unless all posted bugs for 1.5 are still there in 1.6, this is of little use to Korg.

So to get this support, we need to say - "hey Korg, this bug still exists in 1.6"

Thanks

Because the battery for clock is dead.
Change the battery. I is a CR2032 battery inside pa3x.

Hi Dnj

Firstly this is not a bug otherwise we would all be having the same problem.

I recommend that you download the update again, use a different USB thumb drive, and retry the update.
If it doesn't work you may have a problem with your PA3X - is it under warranty?

Cheers

Hi,

I have a very annoying bug with this new OS version.
When I connect my phone (Iphone, galaxy note 2...), there is a message saying me connexion, and the message disapear and it will appear again and again, like a loop.
With the previous version, I was able to play music from my android phone like an USB drive and I was able to charge an iphone, now I cant!

Please fix this urgently.

Hi Vex,

I am sure its an OS bug because before the update, I was able to charge and use my phone as storage mode without any problem (in 1.5 OS) and I have a galaxy note 2 which is the same system as your s3 but I was able with my galaxy s 2, s1... And I was able to only charge an Iphone before. I tested both 2 USB ports but the same result.

Before making an update, I make a full reset of my keyboard every time to keep it clean.
