PolysixEX Reference Cards and Sources

Post by dongfang »

Hi PolysixEX enthusiasts,

When I started to try to program the PolysixEX, I frequently lost my way in the Kronos manuals.
So, the idea of PolysixEX Reference Cards for the enthusiastic beginner was born.

For the construction of these reference cards the following sources were used:
- KORG Kronos Music Workstation - Parameter Guide
- KORG Polysix Programmable Polyphonic Synthesizer - Owner’s Manual
- KORG Polysix Programmable Polyphonic Synthesizer - Settings Charts

The original Polysix manuals provided me with information about why to turn a certain knob.

Note that the reference cards cover the PolysixEX, not all Kronos tabs.
But it should be enough to get you going and creating.

Content
- PolysixEX flowchart - overview of the parts
- VCO reference card
- VCF reference card
- EG reference card
- MG reference card
- VCA reference card
- Effects - Pitch - Output reference card
- Arpeggiator reference card
- External Modulation & Analog reference card
- PolysixEX: Tone Adjust reference card
- Example Settings Tables
- Empty Settings Table

A Word document with an empty PolysixEX Sound Settings Table is included as well.

Thanks...very cool stuff!

A couple of the deepsonic links don't work, but the rest do.
