Hi, i'm a fan of music from the late 70's and the 80's, new wave, new romantic!
Music by Gary Numan, John Foxx, Visage, Howard Jones, Ultravox etc
It is inconceivable for the Kronos there is no Polymoog VoxHumana program.
I have created a program with the AL-1 Synth. It sounds right to Gary Numan and John Foxx.
The secret of Polymoog VoxHumana sound are 3 independent LFOs.
These bring the beautiful vibrato - swirly Sound.
VoxHumana is used in the following songs: Gary Numan's airlane, cars, we are glass, down in the park, films. John Foxx Underpass.
I love that sound.

For me, another "must have sound" ist the CS80 Bladerunner lead sound.
I have created this program also with the AL-1 Synth.
I'm still not entirely satisfied with the 2 programs, because there are still things to improve, i'm working on it.

The 2 programs are in User_GG Smile

Have fun, greetings Matthias

Sorry, the soundcloud samples are "quick and dirty" recorded with Kronos -> Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 direct in my notebook -> Adobe Audition.

thanks for sharing. The CS80 program deserves to be a preset. I wouldn't be surprised to see the man himself using it live:)

Hi guys, i have also an Polymoog VoxHumana HD-1 program with the original samples form Polymoog, see here:

http://www.vstream.be/PolymoogKeyboard.html

There are *.wav files and *.sf2 files and many other formats available. *.sf2 can directly loaded in to your Kronos. The samples are 25MB "big". For me sound this samples, as if much reverb in there. But its sounds very good. I have the AL-1 and HD-1 program on my setlist. I can hear and switch between the 2 programs to compare it.
Maybe someone interested.

best regards .. Matthias

I found that yesterday and was thinking of doing something with the SF2 bank, but if you have already done it, then yes, I wouldn't say no to getting teh PCG you made.

Also, you should check your private messages.

Thanks for sharing.
Love the CS80 sound - beats my crude attempts!
What patch were you using for the strings behind the brass lead?

Cheers Very Happy
