KARMA Oasys Software - 2.2.9 Update (Mac/Windows)
Mac OS X 10.8/10.7 support and more!

July 15, 2013 - Karma-Lab has released a major update to KARMA Oasys Software for the Korg Oasys.

The new Mac version 2.2.9 is a Universal application, and will run on Mac OS X 10.4 and higher, including
10.7 Lion and 10.8 Mountain Lion, PPC or Intel. We've also tested it on the Developer Preview of 10.9 Mavericks
without any major issues. Furthermore, some enhancements such as the ability to import Kronos and M3 .KGE
files have been incorporated, along with a lengthy list of reliability enhancements and bug fixes - as you can see
from the Release Notes.

The new Windows version 2.2.9 includes all of the same enhancements and bug fixes as the Mac version,
and runs on XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 (32 and 64 bit).

This is a FREE update for current users; however, there is no "updater" - you must uninstall/remove the older
version of the program, backing up any data you may have created first to be safe (of course), and run the
full installer to install the new version. If you are a current owner and wish to update, please see the updates
page for complete details and to request your copy of the full installer:

Thanks for your patience and support! ;)

I don't expect people to actually read them. It's just to prove what goes on behind the scenes while people think nothing is happening. ;)

Hi Stephen -

This is fantastic news. At this stage, I wholeheartedly apologise for my sever e criticism over upgrades of Karma software - and deeply appreciate this upgrade. It is stunning software and brings a workstation to an entirely different place, music creativity-wise.

Thanks for your tireless efforts and this awesome update.

Soooo happy to read this! :-)
I've regarded buying Karma Oasys as "stranded investment" as I didn't expect you to update it for a discontinued product. This is an exceptional service, Stephen - thx a lot! I'll update and dive into it! ;-)

Bonus!! Thanks a bunch Stephen. Good to see that while the OASYS may have been discontinued, it is far from forgotten! :soundsgood
