USB MIDI Driver / Korg EDITOR problem

Hi,

I'd like to connect my Korg KROSS to my computer and use the KORG Editor.
My Computer is Windows 7.

I have followed the full procedure provided by KORG to install the USB-MIDI Driver. I have installed the Driver provided by KORG on their website.

I have installed the KORG Editor.

On the KORG Editor, the "KORG" label is supposed to be red when the connection is OK and in my case it doesn't work.
I have uninstalled et reinstalled , but it doesn't work.

Please let me know if someone have done it and if there is something specific to configure.

Hi Nico.

I had the same problem, in my case caused because I have other sound devices drivers installed in my computer and these accupy the first 10 driver slots, and Korg's drivers work only in the first 10 of them. a solution was given in the Korg Kross Share group in Facebook, and worked fine to me.

Just follow the instructions in this video. Remember to install the driver using only the USB port you will use with the Korg, because the driver will only install for 1 port.
