Grant told me that "The fault was a capacitor used for the reset of the LCD at turn on. " Its all a foreign language to me but I can say that there is great support from Korg here in NZ.

i made a post on a similar problem - turned out to be a condensor which the technician quckly repared. sometimes you need the expert help! Fantastic keyboard - off for a gig at the Portobello Hotel Dunedin New Zealand tomorrow!

Many thanks to Korg in New Zealand who fixed my Krome even though it was out of warranty very quickly and with very minimal cost of transport to me. I am totally impressed and look forward to a long Korg association!

I moved to 73 and personally i find the keys just great, and everything else just great too. Still learning and exploring after a year of fun. Maybe i don't have enough to compare it to but it feels good to me. Never go back to weighted after this, at least in my current band setting

Mine was sent back to Korg who said it was the power supply and replaced it under warranty - great service from Korg and the Rock Shop here in NZ. Probably worth having a spare. Anyone else have this problem?
