User cards (User1, User2, User3,User4)

Do the User cards show up for you ?

They don't show up for me.

Is there a way to get the 4 user cards to show up in Darwin ?

I just installed today so I have the latest version.

I can select cards and programs but can't figure out how to select the mode with a CC. Any suggestions ?
