How to select Combi , Multi or Prog mode with CC

I can select cards and programs but can't figure out how to select the mode with a CC. Any suggestions ?

MSB LSB Card
0 0 M1 Presets
0 1 M1Ex Presets
0 2 Memory
0 3 Synth 1
0 4 Drums1
0 5 Orchestra
0 22 User1
0 23 User2
0 24 User3
0 25 User4
