I have attempted to download the KRS-04 ProSplits & Layers sound library into my Kronos X. After unzipping the file I followed the Korg directions and went to Disk, Utility, Copy, and Paste. Consequently a message appeared that said "illegal file description." What did I do wrong?

I downloaded the KRS-04 Pro Splits and Layers sound library from Korg for Kronos x. I loaded the file on a thumb drive and ins rated that into the Kronos. How do you (step by step) split the Kronos X keyboard into two different sounds (one sound in the lower octaves and another sound in the higher octaves)??
