I just went to buy stereo cable with two mono inputs, but that didn't fix the hiss noise problem. whenever I move the treble more into right position, the hiss noise is huge. the noise comes even if I don't play anything with Volca. I have the inputs on (in interface) and the noise is very visible ...

Volca Sample2 owners - did you manage to get the sound out clean without extra hiss noise? If yes, how do you do it? Which cables are you using? ok, I found a similar topic (no idea why I didn't see it earlier - probably wrong words in search or something): http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2 ...

Are you sure there's any audio signal going into the sync input? You should not be able to hear anything when you have the transfer cable properly connected, as the laptop speakers should be automatically disabled. Ok, so I checked again. This time I didn't get the sound, and the sample went to the ...

Volca Sample2 / output sound

I have the stereo cable (which came with the Volca) going out from Headphones to my audio interface (Roland Quad-Capture). The problem is that I can plug it to Audio in mono channel only - and the sound quality is quite poor, very low, and there's a lot of hiss noise. I don't understand why the hiss ...

Volca Sample2 / own samples not uploading

I just bought the Volca Sample 2. I see, the USB connection doesn't work on Windows7 (= my laptop). But can I upload the samples from my PC through the audio cable (PC out to Sync in)? If yes, how does that work? I downloaded Vosyr - but when I tried to transfer the wanted sample to Volca, I just ...

volca sample 1 or 2?

Hello! I've been thinking to buy a cheap sampler, so because I've been happy with my other Korg products, I am now thinking between Volca Sample 1 or 2... Does 1 have something good what 2 doesn't have? I imagine to use the sampler with own sound samples... is it possible with both versions? (2 has ...

Minilogue XD, CV in - Monotron?

I was wondering if it's possible to send signal to Minilogue from Monotron through CV in? I plugged it, but didn't know what to do really. I opened the Program edit for CV in, but didn't get any extra changes in sound while moving knobs to Monotron (or Minilogue)

OK - I found a way after all. It's here, in case someone needs this information: - first plugging microKey with usb to PC, creating MIDI track in DAW (set in: microkey, out: soundcard). - midi cable from soundcard midi-out to synth midi-in. - audio out from synth to soundcard & recording normally to ...

You can use the sequencer to do that: Press REC + PLAY. Press a key with the note you need, and keep it pressed. When 16 steps have passed, press REC to stop recording. Then release the key. The sequencer will now take over with a continuous note. Hello! Thanks! That works, but there's always a ...

minilogue XD, one note drone?

How to make the synth to play a simple note/drone and to keep it down without pushing the key?

Manual didn't help.
