I was trying to install some new styles into my pa4x ort and it only allowed me to do so in the USER 1,2,3 tabs. All of my FAVORITE pages are empty. Why can I not use them?

I don't understand why Korg would charge $4000 for a machine that is very limited, not user friendly, and lacks software to help manage the PA SETs.

Explain to me how Music Gear, Ayoub, and Hanoi are all creating and organizing sets without using software?

That's a good idea to check. I want to use the hard buttons of the 500ort to control both keyboards' scale simultaneously but have yet to find a way, so you may be right. I will keep trying.
