HELP - PA4x left sound volume not high enough

Hi,

I bought the PA4x Oriental and I usually play with a nice Arabic Strings for the left hand on my PA500ORT.

I have played around with every menu I can find, the mixer, the volume switches, even read the instruction manual from A-Z and still, the volume is still too low.

My PA500ORT had powerful brass and string sounds for the left, and this Pa4xORT is just turning out to be a huge disappointment. I am even trying to transfer all my sounds and styles from the PA500ORT to the 4x and it's only transferring the stuff in the USER files. Help please. I need step by step instructions.
