Hi guys... i have a korg 73 krome, and i also have this issue... please please please help me, this cutting off of pianos is working on me...

Korg Krome 73 pianos cut off

Hi Guys

I have a Korg Krome 73 key and I have it for a year now. I dont play with it because the pianos just cuts off when i sustain it with the pedal.

Could it be the pedal? could it be a setting? Please guys i felt like i wasted my money.
