I had this problem too. One or two times.
It occured while on kaoss-page and was systemwide then.
Reboot has helped every time. I think it's a software-problem. Something with the touch-calibration maybe.

I have both. And the PA has no audio-interface via usb like the montage. Only midi over usb.

I use the "montage audio in" to get the PA-audio over usb.
It's a very nice, but expensive combo.

Its simple. You cant trigger a fill. :D There are no FillButtons. You can trigger variations. Take a look from the other side. You select a variation and the pa1000 selects a (auto)fill. You never trigger a fill, but a variation. A external controller or midipedals can trigger fills directly via the ...
