good question, it is mono through the headphone jack also.

I was able to get stereo output by plugging the L/Mono cord all the way in and plugging a cable in to the right output but just a hair pulled out. A hack just for the moment. Any ideas?

If I connect two 1/4" cables to the output jacks I only get signal from the l/mono jack, and same deal with two xlrs. Is there a setting to fix this? Any guidance?
