if I well remember when working in 192khz, all the pots act as midi,
so you can control a software EQ or midi hardware EQ.
anyway, the quality of the EQ is so bad It's no use trying to use them at 192khz. I would go software EQ, otherwise as rufus says...

yup all what you say will work, u can use 4audio tr with fx, and 4 midi tr controlling either computer via fw or hardware via classic midi our, however the midi pots and fader will send the same message for fw and midi out (not independnt)
