It is the Fatar TP-100 key action For piano playing I use the NativeInstruments S88-MK2 with Komplete which has a hammer action keyboard. But I don't know how much it differs from the Pa5x-88. On the forum here I didn't get an detailed answer to this. Nobody knows witch Fatar Keybed is in the Pa5x ...

The Keyboard in the PA5x 88 is a Fatar TP100. I needed to open the Keyboard to fix some rattling key buttons. I fully agree, the Fatar TP100 key action is loud. I don't have the annoying sounds like yours, but the hammers in the TP100 are pushed fast and loud against some foam. I will likely fix it ...

Hardware Buttons
Has anyone some slight rattling buttons?
I have the PA5x 88 version. And if I play the hammer mechanic keyaction, I think that my buttons are slightly rattling and making some clattering noise.
It is kot super loud, but noticable when playing without earphones and with less loudspeaker volumes.

Now I also have my PA5x 88. My Keys from A6 to C8 (16 keys) were not working! After discussion with my dealer I was allowed to open it. Cleaned the Flexcables from Keyboard to PCBA, plugged it in, now it works! On the Label the Fatar TP-100 is printed. Nothing more. The Key Action is (very) precise ...

Piano sound
Do you hear the piano notes also sound somewhat out of tune in places? E.g. Austtian Grand high cis (c#)? Or is it only me?

I have bought before new year a Korg PA5x 76. Firstly, I really like the sounds of the PA5x. Pianos, Pads, Synths, Sax, Woodwind etc. are very nice. Secondly, In this thread I would like to collect good practices and song recommendations for edited / adjusted styles and how you improve / come to ...

Successor from Korg PA1000
Hello colleagues,
I'm interested to buy a Korg Entertainer Keyboard.
The PA5x is very intriguing, but a little too expensive due to lack of time. And maybe also too heavy.
The PA1000 fits very well, but is already from 2019.
Is a PA1000 successor in the pipeline in Early 2023?
