Good work! Which Kaossilator (if any) did you use? I assume the KPro is involved. Thanks for sharing. Encourages to take a closer look to Kaoss products.

Is it possible to reproduce those glitches or clicks, record them and upload it somewhere? That way we all could consider if this turns out as an issue. I'm really interested to know whether it's audible in records and how disturbing it is. It would help to decide to buy this unit or not. Thanks.

Yeah, I agree with this. I've owned the SP555 for some time now and actually gave it back because of the above mentioned reasons, although it has without doubt some very useful capabilities, and I had a hard time to decide what to do, because advantages and disadvantages were evenly present on the ...

Hello MisterRider, thanks for your interest, but I'm afraid I'm not able to do a detailed diagram or something, just because I wouldn't know how to bring it over here, and also, the setup changes all the time and I'm constantly working on new alternatives. Basicly and most important for my way to ...

Check the SP series from Roland. Good alternatives, offering sample streaming from CF-Card (up to 2 GB on the SP555), no loading-time. Also some nice effects. They can do much more than the Redsound, which can only sample, that's all. The SPs are in the same price range, but with a whole bunch of ...

At the time there's no alternative to the KP3. It has an innovative concept, which can't be found anywhere else. That's a surprising fact, there could be some other manufacturers doing something similar, 'cause the KP series is a very successful product. I think, the KP3 is overpriced nevertheless ...

No possibility to delete a sample right away. I sold my KP3 a couple of weeks ago, too many 'work-arounds'...This product isn't perfected in so many aspects. I like the effects, although some of them are very similar to each other, and, what's more important for me, there is no dedicated 'Zero-Point ...

As far as I remember (sold the KP3 several weeks ago), the delay starts to work only when you move your finger across the upper part of the touchpad, the lower part produces drums or synths without delay. Guess you figured that out by yourself anyway. Possibly you had some drum sounds on the lower ...

After some trying I've noticed, that the click can be reduced by a faster and stronger hit on the sample bank button to stop the sample. To me it seems less noticable when doing so, it even disappears completely sometimes, although I don't know why, because apparently it hasn't got anything to do ...

I think, 13 seconds are quite normal for the KP3, my unit does it the same way (using a Sandisk 1GB, but not having stopped the time). Sampling is just not the main feature of the KP3, so I'm looking for a dedicated solution, maybe a MPC or something. For me the time it takes for loading is not that ...

I've got both, the KP3 and the RC-50. Both are in my opinion high quality tools, very usable for music experiments. On my setup the KP3 and the RC-50 are independently connected to a mixer, so that I can do both, feed the RC-50, then back to mixer, then into KP3 and back to mixer - and other way ...

Yes, thank you, this is really helpfull. Unfortunately I haven't got any kind of MIDI-CC device to be handled by feet, and the WAG-unit is for use with the finger, if I got it right, which are moving all the time during guitar play, which produces unwanted effect changes, even if I play with ...

Hi maako, what kind of samples are you using? Maybe it depends on what kind of sound is interrupted when stopping the sample. I have a noticeable click or a kind of very short distortion sound just in the moment I stop it (on mode 3 and 4)- that's on nearly every sample I create. With all kinds of ...

Does anybody knows a suitable footcontroler for the KP3, to manage the pad functions by feet? Would be very useful for me as a guitarplayer. Thanks
