to kardo: I'm not sure that whether LE can read SD card. In my memory it seems to take SM card or something? to NeoTriton: 16MB seems enough for a lot of stuffs, although sometimes you might need a lot more to load a good piano multi-sample etc. But the RAM is very cheap, so why not upgrade the LE ...

I'm using a TR, but I think LE is almost the same with the functions. Method 1: Go to PROG mode and find the program, then press [Enter]+[Rec] together, you will enter the SEQ mode with the all settings of that program. Method 2: In SEQ mode's IFX and MFX setting page, you can copy effect settings ...

Maybe you can record the notes in a track, and then modify the velocity( see Parameter Guide page 81) , and at last, in RPPR mode, make a pattern from the certain measures in that track(see P.G. page 71).

Set up the foot switch in global mode.

It's a pity that the function of pedal and foot switch cannot be set different in combi mode.

This would be much easier with an arranger keyboard.
On TR, you have to make a COMBI, with a drum timbre assigned to an arpeggio; or in SEQ mode, with drum pattern playing.

So would i have to edit an existing one and then just rename it and save it in the user patterns? Thanks for that btw! Also, any patterns you create (user patterns) must be saved as part of the .sng file. Keep this in mind, before you turn off the machine. User patterns cannot be stored internally ...

It seems that TR is designed to support one track pattern only.

Try some of TR's preset Organ programs and combies, e.g. program C039 Old Tone-Wheel, it has a good Leslie effect in it. Try pushing the joystick up (just a push, and no need to hold it there), and listen to the rotary speed gradually changing.

1. I don't know about the requirement of .wav file, either. But it seems that the common wav files works ok on TR. Mono and Stereo wav file are both OK, and stereo wav will be converted into 2 ksf files automatically. 2. Maybe a good software will do most works of the EXB-SMPL card. I'm using "Awave ...

An idea on the damper pedal effect

The real piano has extra effect (strings resonance) when damper pedal is pressed, but on TR the damper pedal just makes the note sustain. I'm trying to emulate that effect with a MFX, e.g. : use an effect which sounds like resonance of strings, and set the damper pedal to control the wet/dry amount ...

The user pattern U200 is empty in factory setting. You need to edit the arp yourself.
