they have to get rid of already manufactured boards they still have in stock, and people are not going to stop buying the just released electribes. So why produce new ones if the old ones are still making money? Maybe EMX1SD units were already manufactured in 2005 but they had produced to many of ...

I totally agree, and I hope Korg realises that this does more damage to their product line then they will gain from selling the "upgraded" electribes. Please continue in the old thread: http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=327110#327110 now we have 2 threads about the same subject ...

Korg please stop living in the past and come up with new and innovative products. I all can see from Musikmesse is old products with only a new design. Nothing stands out, it's just the same sh*t :( Monotron could have been something cool if it had just a little bit more controls and a mini sized ...

My live set is based on the EMX-ESX combo.
Listen to my songs here:
http://vi.be/aurex
or
http://www.myspace.com/aurexlive
Nothing else used, just EMX (mostly for synths) - ESX (mostly for drums).
If you know how to use them, you'll be amazed what you can get out of these Electribes

editor: "KP3 not found"
"KP3 not found" is what's on my screen when I try to work with the editor. I just updated the editor and the USB-Midi drivers for Mac and now the editor can't find the KP3 anymore (damn I had to stick with the old drivers :( ). Strange thing is that it still appears as an external hard drive and I ...
