Any N-edit users out there???

I just purchased N-edit software from soundtower.com and I'm in need of help. Specifically, I'm unable to load the sound banks back into the keyboard. It acts like its working, but its not. The help file is severely lacking in several areas and the company won't respond to me emails.

I found these guys online. Haven't used them but the prices seem reasonable. Keep in mind that this is a fairly technical job that requires some level of skill.

You can probably order them directly from Korg, or find a local Korg authorized service center to special order them for you. The part number for the button is 620018901. They come in a block of 4, but can be split in half if needed. The part number for the tactile swithes is 37507500. I recommend ...

look for poor solder connections on the key contact itself, if you're sure the contact is ok. Since only one key isn't working, the problem has to be the contact or a connection on that contact board.

The round panel buttons are still available as well as the tactile switches underneath. The joystick parts are no longer available, so you'd would have to find another m1/01w to get these parts. Most junked units i've come across had busted joysticks anyway!

Maybe someone on this forum can help.
