Since the pa800 has only 2 EFX, i would take that to mean it won't have as much reverb and other effects as a keyboard with more EFX. Does anybody know what EFX stands for and what it is?. People on other forums suggest the pa800 suffers from having only 2 EFX.

Can anyone please explain what the role of EFX is and what advantages there are in having more EFX?

300 MB of new sounds. If you look at the M3 upgrade that is 3 times the size of factory sounds on the pa2x and it is only an upgrade. The upgrades we get are a couple of megabytes including the OS. The current sounds are superb, but 300MB worth of new sounds or even 100 MB would be great.

It would be nice if they allow complete compatibility between these two keyboards. I don't see a problem with it since we are all a part of the Korg family. I would be irritated and i know all the pa2x/800 users will be if what belongs specificaly for the Arrangers is implemented in the M3 without ...
