No VST Plug-in for Windows 7 Pro 64 bit?

Please say I'm interpreting this wrong... On page 1 of the Editor manual under Operating Requirements - Windows, I see this: "For the Windows 7 and Windows Vista 64 bit operating system, only a standalone version can be operated." I am using Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Does that mean no Plug-in editor for ...

Sequencer Playback Question

As an amateur keyboardist I have been enjoying playing my Krome and editing the programs and combinations. I had a need come up to record some measures and play them back to troubleshoot a buzz/rattle in a speaker. I watched the Sequencer video tutorial and read that part of the user manual. I ...

Hor to get Sonar Recognize my Krome

I hope this is the right place for this post. Please let me know if I need to post elsewhere. I am a non-performer who uses my Krome for my own enjoyment. In the late 90s I had a Roland D-20 and Twelve Tone Systems Cakewalk 3.0 on my PC connected with MIDI cables. I could play MIDI songs on my D-20 ...

Hi Dan, I completely missed that the whole Tone Adjust screen is for one program assigned to one timbre. So I did what you said and assigned the Flute program, A009, to Timbre 05. I'm getting somewhere. I assigned Amp EG Sustain Level to SL! and set the value to -99 and the note fades completely in ...

I Want To Set Up Decay For A Program Added To A Combi

Hello, I changed program #5 of combi A040 Natural Mix to A009 Flute Vibrato, changed #5 MIDI Channel from 10 to Gch and Changed prog 5 “Enable Damper” from unchecked to checked. I like the results but I would like the flute’s amplitude to decay like a piano while the note or damper pedal is held down ...

Hi Dan, Thanks for the offer! Let me work with the parameter guide some more and if I remain stuck I will send you an email message. Meanwhile I worked my way down the banks and programs and found B009: Pipe Organ Full 1. It is delightful. I tweaked several parameters and got it where it suits me ...

Hi Dan, Thanks! I will play with those envelope parameters some more. I am looking at the Amp EG graphic on page 38 of the parameter guide as well as the Time table on the next page as references. Can you refer me to a tutorial on all this? It doesn't have to be KROME-specific, but should be ...

Hi Dan, Thanks very much. Now I do hear the reverb, but with your settings it was still way too subtle. On the Routing tab I cranked the Return value up to 127 and it's starting to sound like what I had in mind. I also played with the Amp 1 and 2 envelopes to see if I could give the voices some ...

How To Add Reverb?

I'm a hobbyist. Don't play well enough to do gigs, but do entertain myself. Just got my KROME 73 a couple days ago. I'm going through the programs and making notes of what I like. I think A127 VOX Organ SW2 Tabs is pretty cool. I would love to give it a nice reverb. I really like the way reverb is ...
