Good luck!
out of curiosity, how do they change it to 230v? is it as simple as swapping out a part?

I'm certain the burning smell was coming from the power supply. No doubt about it, I'm afraid I have misunderstood you. I though you wrote the smell came from the ferrite ring, but re-reading your posts I realise it was only my interpretation. You shouldn't be that sceptical with Korg, I ...

I'm certain the burning smell was coming from the power supply. I smelled it a day or two before the keyboard went haywire. And the smell was coming right from the power supply area. and when i removed the power supply from the keyboard, the smell inside the keyboard was not present... So the ...

Hi As with any electricaly related problem, it would be difficult for someone on the forum to give you any definate advice on how to fix it without seeing it. The first thing is not to attempt to use the keyboard any further to avoid the risk of electric shock to yourself. Secondly call your Korg ...

Korg M1 burning smell, display gone haywire.

A few days ago, an electrical burning smell appeared, very slight...almost not noticable. Then one day the key board screen went haywire...showing odd characters etc. and the keyboard was un-responsive. The smell was coming from the power supply area, so i took it out, and i think its coming from an ...
