Kaossilator has an 1/8" stereo audio out jack beneath the KAOSS pad. This is the only connection you have. The easiest way into your MacBook Pro is through a cable which has 1/8" stereo male plugs on each end. One end goes into the Kaossilator, the other into your Mac's 1/8" audio input jack. Fire ...

I remember downloading PCGs with my then state-of-the-art 56k modem. Spent a lot of time at the Haven back then... What a godsend it was for we Trinity owners.

Then along came Daz and Sharp and kinda expanded on the idea (with the odd enhancement here and there)

Korg's Trinity docs are here: http://www.korg.com/SupportResults.aspx?productid=461 The V3 is essentially V2 with the addition of the MOSS board. MOSS board manual is at the top of the list. Endless possibilities, love mine (the board, the manual not so much) and am always looking out for a Z1 to ...

I agree that the DSi is a huge step up in sound quality over the DS. The quality of the audio output through the DSi's speakers is much better than the DS for sure, and yes the DS-10 sounds great through them, but passed through our monitors - DS-10 sounds absolutely incredible! Same goes for Jam ...

hey marvellous88s I tried out a couple of different I/O devices, but fell in love with the Yamaha N12. Very simple, great preamps, passes MIDI through 2 I/O ports, but if you're looking for a control surface as well, look elsewhere. Being a Yamaha/Steinberg design, the N12 is designed to integrate ...

An external monitor comes in handy w/ Logic. We have a 24" iMac connected to a 40" Sony Bravia so everyone in the control room can see what's happening. A wireless keyboard and mouse gives us freedom to control Logic from anywhere in the room. We also use ProRemote on an iPod - it's a great app for ...

I would say that for the most part, Korg doesn't read this thread (all 23 pages of it). What for? There's only one thing it says, which is "a bunch of OASYS owners are upset they didn't get a sequencer update." Hmm. Is that really the only thing it says to you in 23 pages? Can't say I agree with ...

You didn't mention the Oasys synthesis/effects software. That is what actually differentiates it from just being a PC with a nice interface, decent keyboard, cool arp etc. Just as Mac OS X is what separates my Intel based Mac from being just another PC. Hi Daz, True, dat... OASYS does have some ...

Do you think your set-up can rival the sound of the Oasys? Hmmm :3drofl: I'll tell you what, how about you post a song with your logic or whatever you use and I'll post one with The Oasys. Then you will know for sure you made the right choice because the Oasys is outdated right  post a song ...
