While you have asked for a comparison with the Yamaha MOX series, they have actually published a new Series of work station Synths called the MX 61 and Mx49. Looks like this is Yamaha's competitor to Krome? Any thoughts folks out there? I feel both Yamaha and Korg are just flooding the market with ...

All in all i guess KORG ...

Roland Juno Gi

Roland recently introduced the Juno Gi as a successor and latest product offering.
Any ideas how the M50 scores over it?
In general if one was to compare the Roland boards and the Korg boards which would fare better?
Thanks for valuable inputs.

not sure what you meant by RECORD combi tracks.
but heres what i do when i have to record combis, i create an AUDIO track in cubase and record them.
Of course they are recorded in WAV format and do not have any MIDI mapping.

Subtractive Synthesis

Ok you might be out of school / college and employed, but in life looks like READING never ceases - :x Our M50's CORE or foundation is based on Subtractive Synthesis. This fundamental understanding is Key if we need to move ahead to utilise and understand our M50 better, i would say this is the KEY ...

Agreed the Param Guide is truly exhaustive, but to assimilate all that info it would be easy only for someone who already knows the KORG / Synth Lingo. IMO. Take me as a case - I used to have a YAMAHA arranger kbd earlier - PSR. And my core intent as a keyboard owner ALL these days was jsut to learn ...

HPF / LPF Questions.

Hi All, Pardon me if this is way too dumb to ask, im just getting my hands on a synth for the first time. Was fidgetting with my M50 last night and i was wanting to try the effects of the Filters. I'm in the First Prog - M50 Piano, I wanted to brighten up this Prog and make it more tangy and crisp ...
