No, I don't actually play the songs - I just program short RPPR patterns (2-4 beats long) and assign them to notes on the keyboard, to avoid syncing problems without having to use a click track with the drummer. That way each pattern doesn't have time to go out of sync, and I can layer many parts ...

RPPR Song change
Hi - does anyone know if it's possible to incorporate a song number change into the recorded MIDI instructions within a pattern? What I'm trying to achieve is an automatic shift to the next song number as part of the info saved with a pattern, so that once it finishes playing the pattern it will ...

Basic sequencer troubleshoot
Ok this may be a complete newbie problem, but no matter what I do my sequencer refuses to change the song length - I'm stuck with 64 bars, regardless of whether I change it to 16 or 128. Have spent an hour wrestling with this and am getting real frustrated, so if anyone can help I'd be really ...

Waiting impatiently...
Hi everyone Having spent a while trying to resurrect my old Ensoniq ASR-10 I finally decided to give up when it was diagnosed with an ESP chip failure. I loved that machine, but have now ordered a brand spanking new M50-73 and have to wait a whole 2 weeks before I can get my hands on it - aargghh ...
