For controlling VST’s , Kronos is handicapped for me since it doesn’t have proper octave buttons. FYI.

I loved the part where he shows the unique integration with the Prophet X and the granular synthesis in Omni 2.5. Very cool.

I thought that one of the newer OS's a couple years ago added some new functions to the piano which then had updates to the programs. Maybe I am mistaken.

I am currently on 3.0.3 and am ready to update. I seem to recall when K2 came out there were some updates to some of the programs and to Kevin Buschs' Rhodes programs. Can someone remind me of what I need to do to besides updating the OS? I have a K1.

If space is not an issue I would get the 73 (I presume it is not weighted). More notes at your fingertips and less need of using the octave button.

Excitedly setup my new beautiful stand and was quickly disappointed after realizing I can't seem to use the 2nd tier for my intended purposes: with a shelf to hold a laptop and a 49 key Virus Polar over my Kronos on the 1st tier. The angel is too steep and not adjustable. Time to pack it up and back ...
