Installed all the correct drivers for the microKONTROL? download the latest from the KORG website. Turn on the microKONTROL before opening up FL Studio. I've had this exact problem, and just hours before a gig! The fader post and cap has popped out. Doesn't look like anything's broken (neither the post or the 'socket' appear to be damaged).
