Hi, got the solution (at least for me). I've tried 3 nanoPad. The first didn't sound, except for the XY pad. The second one had some trigger pads that sometimes didn't work. Hi, I had the same issue with a nanoPad which I sent back to the shop last week. They have to send me a new one, but I red that is a very common problem, so it may happen with this new again.
Please, if the Korg support have replied, just inform me about what they said.
