Yes i pushed 48 volt "phantom power" button on my tc konnekt24 d sound card but still no sound

Can i use Radias Microphone with external sound card ?

I want to use my Radias microphone to connect my soundcard input.
I connect it but no sound or signal come, any ideas ?
Cant we use it with soundcards?
