I didn't even know you had too. I have never done this, I just checked the manual and it makes no reference for a requirement to turn the device off. That's right no need to save to performance 1-1. The only reason to save it in the 1-1 performance is if you wanted the board to power up with a particular transpose setting that wouldn't then get overridden by merely selecting a new performance.

Actually it is D1, that causes the problem - and on the PA800. I have been experimenting some more tonight and it is very strange, I do not hear it on the headphones or through an external speaker. But on the internal speakers it very noticeably has a lot more bass on this one note. I tried again ...
