Maybe it's a channel issue, you need de arpeggiator data in a channel but you need it in another one. Still don't know Well all other info is in the one midi track being sent back to the synth. All other info translates from cubase to the synth as it was recorded. Why wouldn't the arp. on/off info ...

Is arpeggiator assigned to a sound? Is it sounding on Ch.1 or what? Well, when i recorded it is in combi mode. As I record, i turned the arpegiators on and off. As i turned them on and off they function as they are supposed to. As i turn them on and off i see them going on and off in the M-50 ...
