MS DOS is an operating system while FAT and NTFS are file systems. Actually MS DOS and the Triton Le both use FAT.

You can use the Triton Le too to format SM cards: In Media mode select Utility [F3] then Utility [F8] (same name but different buttons). Select Format ...

Sounds like a problem with the sampling rate/bit-depth. What sampling rate/depth do your samples have?

At the pedal set the CV/Norm switch to CV. Use a stereo cable to connect the TR Pedal port with the FCV100 output 2. In the Foot tab of the TR's global settings assign Master Volume to Foot Pedal Assignment. That's it. Don't forget to save the gobal settings.

Hi, yes, it is more complicated. The original Triton Le does not have sample RAM but with the optional EXB-SMPL sampling board or just up to 64 MB optional sample RAM you can load the Samples into the memory (temporarily! The samples will be gone when you switch off the Le). From the samples you ...

Yes, this is exactly what MIDI/audio sequencers were designed for in their early years. Play a MIDI song from the sequncer using the keyboard as sound device and record the song (or better one track after another) into audio tracks of the sequencer. All in one step (for each track).

Re: Triton LE SM adapter?

I see threads about XD memory adapters. But what about SD memory adapters? Nope, there are none. XD is the so to say successor to SM. SD is not compatible to SM. I was searching for an SM slot to SD card adapter too ... with the obvious result. Luckily I still have a few SM cards to use with the ...

Thanks for the reply. I tried it and it did not work. I think I cannot play more than one MIDI channel on the keyboard. I am using MIDI-OX now and it works fine.

Hi,

Perhaps it could help to open the synth and clean the keyboard's bottom side.

Or perhaps the contact lying underneath the key is broken.

Ok child, what's your problem? Tim asked how to get some data from his SM card onto his PC. I told him to put the card into his PC's card reader and copy the files. This would always be the solution, no matter what kind of data he had on the card. It's not my fault that you don't seem to be able to ...
