yes, it does all that. each bank contains about 160 seconds of sampling time at 48 kHz, longer if you set the fidelity to 24 kHz or lower. a sample can be as long as the amount of available memory remaining. if you pick one up be sure to enjoy :) Awesome. I actually got one the other day, I'm ...

Kilon, I can see you're chuffed with your microsampler and that it does what you need it to. chuffed ? Hardly What I need to ? Yeah surely about 1/1.000.000.000 lol. I replied to other thread so I am not going to here as well as I have nothing new to add. Ah thanks for mentioning synthstation, I ...

Griffinavid, I totally agree with you on all points. Kilon, resampling is no big deal...I agree that it's super important in designing sound and stumbling upon loops you hadn't even imagined. I'm a big animal collective/panda bear fan, so believe me, I like to 'resample'. But it's not a new feature ...

sampled from Stage 1: Castlevania (NES) Music http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYfgpodCVHE and some one shot drums. the chorus part is too mid; would like a 'sub-bass' function, similar to Live. could probably figure something out with the band eq, but there's only about a bar left of sample space in ...

I know the ms has some good points. Of all my samplers it's by far the easiest to just plug YouTube in to and bang through some abstract videos, use key-gate mode and stumble upon some really cool juxtapositions of sounds. But you run out of memory real quick doing that and forever going back to ...

All samplers these days can 'resample' to infinity, it's not really a selling point for most people wanting good workflow, and unique features in hardware that make it easier to use live/studio than software samplers, or existing samplers. The Roland sp series all 'resample' and kills the ...

Re: Ok. F!*k you korg

After waiting a year for a firmware update it seems obvious it's not happening. Just some poxy sample banks. I make my own samples so these are useless to me, and not what I bought the machine for. I just got the akai synthsation for Xmas. Now I'm using it with nanostudio on my iPhone 4 and all of ...

It pains me that people really dont appreciate microsampler. Everyone seems to cry for impressive specs. But why ? But I think they miss two points : 1) Korg build something that is unique , flexible, easy and extremely portable 2) Its a simple tool, and a simple idea, but its resample ability is ...

make sure you keep your original sample and pattern though, so if the resample does not work for you or you like it to edit it latter, you will be able to do the process again. Resample is an extremely powerful feature, you can build hundrends and thousands of tracks and samples this way. You may ...

IT simple, create a dropbox account and send the link so everyone to access it. It will give us 2gb that we can share. Each time one of us uploads a sample pack on dropbox its automatically downloads it for everyone else, to his computer. If you modify the sample pack, its automatically modifies on ...

why not ? you can keep the pattern after the resample or copy it.
