New frustration

Post by SHOAL »

How do I record a pattern using samples I've made without the rom samples being triggered, I know I'm missing something blindingly obvious but not finding the manual an ounce of use. Please can someone help with this extremely annoying problem. P. S got the microsampler last night.

I have no idea what you're talking about.
What is your SAMPLE?

Is it a bassline or base sound? Did you use the Keyboard mode to pitch it up and down the keyboard?

There's also a sample select knob. You'll have to turn that to select a specific sample in the sound bank.

Ok so I figured it out, I'm just wondering if there are ways of assigning patterns to keys?

resampling will do the trick, but you wont be able to edit the patterns.

why not ? you can keep the pattern after the resample or copy it.
