I finally have tracked down the part I need. Korg Canada service has been the worst customer dealing I have ever experienced in my life. It has been over two weeks and five phone calls to them and no answer to my questions regarding the part I needed. Tried customer service in the U.S. Sorry they ...

I just went thru the exact same thing with my touchscreen. My repair shop, in Ohio, ordered the touchscreen part and replaced it. Took 4 weeks and $200 but it works perfectly now. Thanks for letting me know this. Korg Canada service has stated that this part is no longer available. My repair guy ...

yes, this method works in first times but the problem will grow with the time... :? That's what I think also. I've tried the paper routine.Didn,t work. Toaday I could calibrate M3,but still had a dead spot on top right corner. Talked to my Korg service guy today and he is going to order a new film ...

Touchscreen Has Gone South
Over the past few weeks,I have had to calibrate the touchscreen more than a few times. Went to calibrate it today and it will only light up top left square. The calibration is off by about an inch. If i press any button it will operate the button one inch to the left of it. Does this sound like the ...

I also use the ADAM A7's, which are good for diffferernt reasons. Willing to elaborate? I ask because I'm seriously considering an upgrade from my KRK RP5s (not bad for the money, actually) to a pair of Adam A7Xs. According to internet babble, they've improved on the original design with better low ...

Thanks gentlemen. After a little woodshedding, I'm more on track now. The only thing i find is that kick is usually IFX1,snare is usually IFX2, but any hi hat or toms are not coming through EFX3,they are on FX4. I checked my cable routing to my mixer and this seems to be the case for me. As I play ...

Thanks for responding r12. I understand what you told me,but if I go to a factory drum program, I cannot find kick or snare or what the program is comprised of. I only get the name of the kit, with no means to break the kit down into components. Forgive my ignorance, but I am a guitarist delving into ...

Can I Assign Drum Sounds To Separate Outputs
I am fairly new to the M3, and cannot come up with the answer to my question. I know how to assign a track to an output when in combi mode, but most drum tracks in combi are not separate to begin with. I would like to assign kick to one output, snare to another, etc. I've gone through the kits in ...
